In this workshop, you will learn:
- Why, how and when to breathe
- What is happening inside (blood, cells, body) when breathing
- How to breathe efficiently
- Breathing mechanics
- How to measure key metrics when breathing
- CO2 tolerance
- How to train like you are at altitude
- Breath holding for performance
This class is part theory, part practical which will allow the possibility to experience in real time the feeling and adaptations that we are aiming to achieve - connecting the theory and practical in an active and engaging way.
Leigh Ewin is a certified "Oxygen Advantage" instructor (along with several other certifications int he breathwork world) and has trained with some of the modern day evangelists in the breathwork field.
