Our bodies are capable of so much, but today, we outsource so much functionality to technology. Cold exposure provides the perfect training ground to explore the mindset and give the nervous system and immune system (amongst other systems in the body) a workout. 

In my sessions we explore the links between body, mind and nature and begin to build your mental and physical health with carefully guided cold exposure experiences in the Finnish nature.

As an Australian who moved to Finland, i had to learn this on my own, by myself. Often i learned the hard way but i was able to research and study exactly what was happening within my body - and now i am able to teach people through these experiences and via my extensive training using cold as a therapy.
