FIND YOUR INSPIRATION IN LIFE
Breathwork
"It´s just breathing" right?
That´s exactly what i thought until i discovered that breathing effects:
- Biological energy production within the body
- Hormone production (stress hormone management, happy hormone production, and more)
- Immune system enhancement
- Circulatory system
- Heart health
- Mental clarity and focus
- Blood quality improvement
- Mood, emotions and feelings
- Digestive system
- Metabolic health
- Lymphatic system
- Trauma and fear treatment
- and much more
Lung volume (total amount of oxygen the lungs breathe in/out in one breath) and vo2 max (the amount of oxygen that a body can use at one time) are the most accurate indicators or life expectancy.
Conscious breathing is one of the best, if not THE best way to reach meditative state - and in a world full of stress, anxiety and burnout - this is a SUPER POWER.
After 10 years of training, learning, studying and researching i have the perfect breathwork for whatever the need is - whether it be:
- Rest and calm
- Generating energy
- Achieving focus and calm
- Finding inspiration
- Working creatively
- Connecting with the self
- Connecting with other people or your colleagues/team
- Health and wellbeing
- Balancing hormones
- Improving fitness capacity (aerobic health)
- and so on and so forth....
The great thing about breathing is that it is relatively "low barrier" which means anyone can participate!
