Psyche is the mind, the brain. Thoughts.
Breathing and breathwork calls on both to mobilise and activate and unite in a way that allows for things to stir within. Often its the nervous system where this appears and takes shape and form, via:
Emotional:
- reactions
- mood
- triggers
- expressions
- thoughts
Physical:
- Posture
- Cramps
- Tension
- Soreness
etc, etc
In this session, we will learn about the basis of trauma and the manifestation within the soma and psyche in theory, then we create space and opportunity in a practical sense, to allow it to rise and then the real key: DISCHARGE the aspects of trauma.
Breathwork offers a pathway to allow and let these aspects rise and also release them in a way of which is self regulated - and in this case, possible from the safety and comfort of your own home.
