Breathing is the most overlooked function of the body, because it is an autonomous function of the body.
Never before has it been more important to understand the correct ways of which to breathe and also what techniques to use and when.
Breathing has a direct influence over so many of the key systems in the body and in this workshop, you will learn how to jump back in the drivers´seat and breathe how you want to breathe again.
This session will open up on why, how and when to breathe in certain ways and also share valuable information about the role of essential oils and how they can provide relief, comfort and maintain optimal breathing.
You will get a chance to dive deep during the Breathwork Journey (45mins) and learn the power you have within yourself and also the opportunity to "let go" within the practice. This workshop is run by Leigh Ewin, who is a Breathwork Educator and facilitator and has a wealth of knowledge and experience with all things related to breathing and the breath.
This is a fun, informative and experiential workshop where theory meets practice in a fun and hands on way!
