We are so happy to invite you to take your cold exposure to the next level with us here in the South of Finland, in Espoo (Finland´s second largest city) and then one of the most picturesque diving sites, an old mining site in Taivassalo to the Western side of Finland.

During this weekend retreat, you will learn all about cold exposure like never before with likeminded individuals who are looking to:
