BREATHWORK + SHAKING MEDICINE
Often in breathwork many physical things come to surface in the body. Breathing is both emotional and physical process.
Often many things arise from the nervous system and can be felt and experienced in the body.
In this session we allow things to rise using the breathwork and then release tension, emotion or blockages that are stored physically in the body.
I will guide you through conscious breathwork and then integrate somatic movement that opens blockages in the body using voluntary and involuntary shaking.
This is suitable for most people but if you have any medical issues that may prevent you from participating or you are unsure, please reach out to me.
